Emilio was the Leonardo's chef for many years under the former owner Roberto. It is, of course, the quality of the food that makes any restaurant so Emilio was well placed to take over Leonardo's upon Robertos' retirement. Emilio has now trained step daughter Kristelle to continue the fine art.
The interior was also slightly remodelled with the bar moving to the rear of the restaurant making for a much more pleasing environment for diners. Every table has crisp linen tablecloths and napkins.
